(4) Payments
If you engage in services provided by Credita Limited, payment terms and conditions will be outlined in your service agreement.
Failure to make payments in accordance with the agreed terms will result in your account being placed in a negative status. If payments remain overdue and we are unable to resolve the matter directly, your account may be transferred to a debt collection agency for further action. You understand and agree that this may involve additional fees.
Once you register for our service, we will issue monthly invoices for your current financial year. Payments will be collected via direct debit on a monthly basis. Your first invoice and direct debit will include a backdated amount covering the period from the start of your financial year up to the date of your first payment. For example, if your financial year runs from 6th April to 5th April the following year, your monthly fee is £50, and you sign up on 1st June, your first invoice and direct debit will cover the period from 6th April to 1st June (2 months × £50 = £100). Subsequent payments will then continue at £50 per month.
