(1) Services Provided

We provide general accounting services tailored to support your business needs. Our services include bookkeeping, self-assessment tax returns, basic financial administrative support, and general business advice. We also offer customised financial tracking templates, such as spreadsheets, designed to help you maintain clear, accurate, and organised financial records.

Our standard accounting services are available to individuals aged 18 and over. We also offer youth accounting services for individuals aged 13 to 17, provided that appropriate parental or guardian consent has been obtained prior to engagement.

Credita Limited is not a registered accountant, chartered accountant, or regulated accounting firm in the United Kingdom. We do not hold any formal accounting qualifications, regulatory authorisations, or professional memberships. As such, we do not offer any regulated or licensed financial services. All services provided are limited to basic, non-regulated accounting and administrative support services which we are lawfully permitted to offer without registration or professional regulation.

We do not offer VAT returns, payroll services, auditing, advanced tax planning or complex tax advice, investment advice, company secretarial services, or advanced financial statements.

(2) Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You shall not engage in any activity that may harm, interfere with, or disrupt the website or its services, including unauthorized access, data breaches, or fraudulent activities.

(3) Use of Credita Connect Client Portal

As part of our services, clients may be granted access to our online client portal, Credita Connect. By using Credita Connect, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You may use Credita Connect to upload, manage, and update your financial documents, track income and expenses, view upcoming deadlines, and access information related to your Tax Reserve Service. (Tax Reserve Terms & Conditions) and Trade Credit Services (Trade Credit Terms & Conditions)

Access to Credita Connect is granted solely for your business use in connection with services provided by Credita Limited. You may not share your login credentials or allow any unauthorised access to your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for any activity that occurs under your account.

While we take reasonable steps to ensure the security and availability of Credita Connect, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any system downtime or data loss that may occur.

The use of Credita Connect is subject to the same limitations of liability, intellectual property rights, and data protection obligations as the rest of our services.

(4) Fees & Non-Payment

If you engage in services provided by Credita Limited, payment terms and conditions will be outlined in your service agreement.

Failure to make payments in accordance with the agreed terms will result in your account being placed in a negative status. If payments remain overdue and we are unable to resolve the matter directly, your account may be transferred to a debt collection agency for further action. You understand and agree that this may involve additional fees.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Credita Limited and is protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

(6) Identification and Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In compliance with legal requirements, we may conduct identity verification and anti-money laundering checks before providing services. You agree to provide all necessary documentation as requested. Failure to comply may result in service suspension or termination.

(7) Limitation of Liability

Credita Limited provides services with due care and professionalism; however, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on any information provided.

(8) Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

(9) Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Service Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Tax Reserve Prepaid Tax Management Service (“Service”) provided by Credita Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16115430), with its registered office at 55-57 Seabank Road, Wallasey, England, CH45 7PA (“Credita”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our Service, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

(1) Service Overview

The Tax Reserve service is a prepaid tax administrative service designed to help clients manage their estimated tax obligations by spreading the cost over regular monthly payments. This service does not involve savings, deposits, investment products, or any regulated financial activity, and is strictly administrative in nature.

Credita Limited is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. You remain solely responsible for any tax liabilities and financial decisions. Independent advice should be sought where appropriate.

(2) Service Delivery and Client Obligations

Credita will use the financial information you provide to estimate your annual tax liability and determine a suggested monthly contribution. These monthly contributions are collected as prepaid service fees for administrative support in managing your tax obligations.

Credita may, at its discretion, apply a portion of these fees towards making payments to HMRC on your behalf, provided your account is in good standing and sufficient prepaid contributions have been received. These funds are not earmarked or held separately for your benefit and remain under the full control of Credita.

You must provide accurate and up-to-date financial records, declare all taxable income, and notify us of any changes to your financial position. Failure to do so may result in errors in your tax planning, for which Credita accepts no liability.

(3) Payment Terms and Schedule

Payments to HMRC on your behalf will be scheduled in line with statutory tax deadlines and made solely at Credita’s discretion, subject to the availability of sufficient prepaid service fees.

If your prepaid contributions are insufficient to meet your HMRC liability, you will be solely responsible for any shortfall. Any surplus contributions after your return has been filed may be retained by Credita as administrative revenue or used to offset future service charges, at Credita’s sole discretion.

The monthly Service Fee comprises two parts:

A Tax Planning Contribution, which Credita may use to assist in fulfilling HMRC payments on your behalf;

An Administrative and Service Fee, equal to 9.06% of the monthly contribution, retained by Credita for service delivery, support, and operational costs.

All payments are collected by Direct Debit to Credita’s designated business account.

(4) Legal Status of Client Payments

All payments made to Credita under this agreement are treated as service revenue upon receipt. These amounts do not constitute deposits, client money, savings, trust funds, or e-money balances. Clients may not withdraw or reclaim any part of their payments.

Credita retains full legal and beneficial ownership of all payments received and is under no obligation to refund, hold, or return funds for any reason unless legally required to do so.

(5) Contract Duration, Renewal, and Termination

This agreement runs for an initial 12-month term and automatically renews unless either party provides 30 days’ written notice prior to the renewal date.

If you cancel during the initial term, all unpaid Administrative and Service Fees for the remainder of the 12-month term become immediately payable. These are calculated at 9.06% of your agreed monthly contribution multiplied by the remaining months, less any amounts already paid.

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of enrolment under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. After this period, no refunds will be issued for prior monthly fees, and the above termination conditions will apply.

(6) Service Fees & Non-Payment

If you fail to pay your monthly Service Fee, your account may be suspended and marked as overdue. We will attempt to resolve this with you directly, but if unpaid balances remain outstanding, your account may be referred to a third-party debt recovery agent. This may incur additional fees and affect your eligibility for future services.

(7) Limitation of Liability

Credita will provide the Service with reasonable skill and care but does not guarantee accuracy, HMRC acceptance, or prevention of penalties.

Credita is not responsible for any late, missed, or insufficient HMRC payments caused by inaccurate information, late submissions, or a lack of prepaid contributions.

In any case, Credita’s total liability will be limited to the total Administrative and Service Fees you have paid in the 12 months prior to any claim.

(8) Regulatory Disclosure

Credita Limited is not FCA-regulated. The Tax Reserve Service does not involve any of the following:

Deposit accounts
Savings schemes
Credit facilities
Tax pooling
Client money holding
Escrow arrangements
Investment advice

This is a prepaid service for tax administration only.

(9) Authorisation for HMRC Payments

You authorise Credita to remit payments directly to HMRC using your prepaid allocations. Credita is under no obligation to advance, lend, or supplement payments beyond the prepaid amounts collected under this Agreement. You remain fully responsible for meeting your legal tax obligations.

(10) Data Protection and Privacy

Credita processes personal data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and our Privacy Policy.

We may share data with HMRC, authorised payment processors, and legal or regulatory authorities when required. Your data may be retained for as long as required by law for audit and compliance purposes.

You authorise Credita to process your personal and financial information for the purposes of delivering the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy

(11) Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain fully enforceable.

(1) Service Overview

Credita Trade Credit is a business-to-business service that allows eligible clients of the Credita Tax Reserve programme to request payments to third-party suppliers on their behalf, up to a defined limit. This service is designed to support the day-to-day business needs of sole traders by enabling the purchase of materials, tools, and services essential to their operations.

You do not receive funds directly. Instead, Credita pays the approved supplier, then invoices you for the total amount, plus a fixed administration fee. This is not a credit or loan agreement and is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

(2) Eligibility and Business Use

To be eligible for Trade Credit, you must have an active Tax Reserve agreement with Credita. You must operate as a sole trader and all use of this service must be for legitimate business purposes only.

Before using the service, you must:

Submit a Purchase Request Form outlining the item(s), supplier, and cost

Complete a signed Business Declaration Form confirming that you are acting for business purposes and not as a consumer

You confirm that you are entering this arrangement in the course of your business and that you understand this service is not regulated by the FCA and does not carry consumer protections under the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

(3) How to place an Order

To use Trade Credit, you must follow this step-by-step process:

Submit a Purchase Request

You must complete a Purchase Request Form via the Credita Trade Credit portal. This must include full details of the goods or services required, the name and contact details of the supplier, and the total estimated cost including VAT.

Business Use Declaration
Before the request is considered, you must complete and sign a Business Declaration Form, which confirms you are requesting this service in a business capacity and not for personal use.

Review and Approval
Once both documents are received, Credita will review the request. If approved, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Requests may be rejected at Credita’s discretion.

Credita Pays the Supplier
Credita will pay the agreed amount directly to the third-party supplier. You will not receive any funds directly under any circumstances.

Invoice Issued to Client
You will be issued an invoice for the amount paid to the supplier plus a 23.6% administration fee of the total order value. This invoice is due within 30 days.

(4) Payment Terms & Late Fees

Invoices must be paid in full within 30 days of issue. If you fail to pay on time, your account will be placed in arrears. A £75 late payment fee will apply, and your account may be referred to a third-party debt recovery agency, which may add further costs. Failure to pay may also result in you losing access to both the Trade Credit and Tax Reserve services.

(5) Not a Credit Agreement

This service is not a loan, credit facility, or regulated agreement. Credita is not FCA-authorised and does not provide consumer credit services. You are not borrowing money, you are requesting that Credita temporarily pay a supplier on your behalf under a deferred invoicing model. There is no interest charged, only a one-off administration fee for use of the service.

(6) Use of Funds and Misuse

You agree to use this service solely for genuine business purchases. You must retain proof (e.g. receipts or supplier invoices) that confirm business use.

Any personal use, misuse, or misrepresentation may result in immediate termination of your agreement, full repayment demands, and potential legal action.

Credita reserves the right to report fraudulent misuse to the relevant authorities.

(7) Liability

Credita is not responsible for any issues related to the goods or services purchased using this service. Any disputes or problems must be resolved directly with the supplier. Your contract of supply is with the third party, not Credita.

Credita accepts no responsibility for delays, product issues, service faults, or losses arising from supplier failures.

(8) Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Trade Credit service at any time if:

You miss a repayment
You misuse the service or provide false information
You breach any terms of your agreement with Credita

Termination does not cancel your obligation to pay any outstanding invoices.

(9) Regulatory Disclosure

Credita Limited is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The Trade Credit service does not involve any of the following:

Consumer credit agreements
Personal loans or Business Loans
Deposit accounts
Savings schemes
Credit facilities
Client money handling
Escrow arrangements
Hire purchase or lease agreements
Investment advice or financial planning

The Trade Credit service operates solely as a business-to-business deferred invoicing arrangement, whereby Credita pays a third-party supplier on your behalf and invoices you for repayment. It is offered exclusively to verified sole traders and business clients for legitimate business purposes.
