The Role:

We are looking for a onboarding consultant to join our Client Success Team. In this role, you will manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth, professional, and engaging introduction to Credita’s accounting services. You will be the first point of contact for businesses joining Credita, guiding them every step of the way and ensuring a positive client experience.

 

• Salary: £100 per successful onboarding

• Contract Type: Freelance

• Working Hours: Choose your own hours

• Location: Remote / Work from home

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Promote Credita to potential clients through personal networks and online channels, including social media

• Engage with prospective clients to explain Credita’s services and how we can support their business needs

• Guide clients through the onboarding process

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and onboarding progress

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience

• Achieve onboarding and engagement targets while delivering excellent client service
