Regulatory Disclosure Statement

Credita Limited provides business administrative services, general accounting support services, and prepaid tax allocation management services.

 

The following disclosure sets out our legal and regulatory status in full:

 

(1) Non-Regulated Status

 

Credita Limited is not authorised, licensed, or regulated by any financial services or accountancy regulatory body. Specifically:

 

  • Credita Limited is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

  • Credita Limited is not a member of, nor regulated by, any recognised professional accountancy body such as ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA, ICAS, or AAT.

  • Credita Limited does not act as an authorised tax advisor, investment advisor, legal advisor, or financial planner.

All services provided are limited to basic, non-regulated accounting and administrative support services which we are lawfully permitted to offer without registration or professional regulation.

 

(2) Scope of Services

 

Credita Limited provides the following services:

 

  • General business administrative support;

  • Bookkeeping services;

  • Preparation and submission of self-assessment tax returns based on information provided by clients;

  • Custom financial tracking spreadsheets and record-keeping templates;

  • Basic financial organisation and business advice;

  • Credita Tax Reserve prepaid tax allocation management service.

  • Credita Trade Credit Deferred Payment Service. 

 

 

Credita Limited does not provide:

 

  • Regulated accountancy services (including statutory audits or regulated tax advice);

  • Advanced tax planning or complex tax structuring;

  • Financial advice or wealth management;

  • Legal advice;

  • Investment advice or pension advice;

  • Credit facilities, lending, or savings products;

  • Regulated financial products or services.

 

 

(3) Tax Reserve Service Structure

 

The Tax Reserve service is a prepaid administrative tax management solution designed to help clients allocate estimated tax liabilities into monthly service payments throughout the year. The service includes:

  • Tax liability estimation based on client-provided information;

  • Monthly prepaid service fee collection;

  • Internal allocation of prepaid funds for future HMRC tax payment obligations;

  • Execution of HMRC tax payments on behalf of clients using prepaid allocations.

 

(4) Trade Credit Service Structure

The Trade Credit deferred business-to-business payment service that allows eligible clients to request payments to third-party suppliers on their behalf, up to a defined limit. This service is designed to support the day-to-day business needs of sole traders by enabling the purchase of materials, tools, and services essential to their operations.

You do not receive funds directly. Instead, Credita pays the approved supplier, then invoices you for the total amount, plus a fixed administration fee. This is not a credit or loan agreement and is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

 

(4) Treatment of Client Payments

 

  • All payments made to Credita Limited for any service, including the Tax Reserve service, are treated as prepaid service fees.

  • Client payments are recognised as business revenue upon receipt.

  • Client payments do not constitute client money, deposits, savings accounts, trust funds, investments, or financial instruments.

  • No client funds are segregated or held on trust. No withdrawals, transfers, or refunds are available except as expressly required by law.

  • Credita Limited retains full ownership, control, and discretion over all amounts received.

 

 

(5) Financial Advice Disclaimer

 

Credita Limited does not provide financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, investment advice, or credit advice. All information provided is for administrative assistance only. Clients are encouraged to seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

 

(6) Regulatory Summary

 

  • Credita Limited is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

  • The services provided by Credita Limited do not involve deposit-taking, savings accounts, investment services, e-money, payment accounts, credit facilities, or client money arrangements.

  • The Tax Reserve service operates strictly as a prepaid administrative service model.

 

 

(7) Data Protection Compliance

 

Credita Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and complies with:

 

  • The UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR);

  • The Data Protection Act 2018.

 

 

Client data may be shared with HMRC, authorised payment processors, subcontractors, and legal or regulatory authorities as required to deliver services or comply with applicable laws.

 

(8) Anti-Money Laundering & KYC Compliance

 

Credita Limited may request client identification, verification documents, and supporting information to comply with anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Failure to provide requested documents may result in suspension or termination of services.
